Chris Junghans

Chris Junghans has over 25 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Operations, Management and Leadership.  Chris has held roles in retail, financial services, professional and amateur sports, food & beverage, hospitality, broadcast, marketing, public relations, NCAA institutions, fundraising & philanthropy and more.  While in these roles Chris was primarily focused on growth through improved revenue, new and unique product offerings, sales & marketing harmony, leadership development, culture improvement and enhanced communication.  In his most recent role as Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer Chris served on the Executive Leadership Team for a thriving NHL franchise that has sold out 250+ straight games and is the model franchise for most in professional sports.  Chris is a big reason why ESPN ranked the Nashville Predators the #1 Franchise in the United States.       

“The achievements are a reflection of art plus science plus people,” said Junghans.  “We didn’t win any championships and gain a fanbase overnight.  We accomplished significant milestones by listening, hustling, caring, learning and taking calculated risks.  We also hired the best people we could find, trusted them to do their jobs, developed them and watched them grow.” 

Chris’ accomplishments in his professional career mirror that of his baseball career where he was a stand-out at UNC-Charlotte.  Chris went on to play a season in the highly regarded Cape Cod Baseball League and was Drafted in the 11th Round by the Milwaukee Brewers.  After he retired from baseball Chris married his high school sweetheart, Carolina in 1999.  Chris and Carolina have 3 children; Lia is a senior at Auburn University studying Business and Marketing,  Alex is a standout baseball player recently committing to play at Wake Forest University and Sofie who enjoys playing both volleyball and soccer for her middle school teams. They reside and work in Franklin, TN.
